选自Brandi Carlile发行于2007年的现场专辑《Live At Easy Street Records》。这首歌的录制中，Carlile意外的出现了破音情况，而这真实的声音在唱片中未作任何修正。Carlile评价自己的破音是“技术上来说是错误的，但是从当时情绪上来说是正确的。”
这首歌曾出现在美剧《实习医生格蕾》第三季中，Carlile发自心底的呐喊，释放出剧中人物内心的压抑和疲惫。
